Payments
All payments are paid in USD.
Shipping and Taxes are included at final checkout.
Split payment of 50% payment up-front and 50% upon completion are
available upon request.
Any other payment plans must be discussed beforehand.
If you'd like me to hold a spot in the queue for you and pay at a
later time, a down payment of 25% total cost is required.
Please not that as this deposit does guarantee you a spot, I will not work on your order until minimum half payment is made.
Orders paid in full/half payments will be in front of holds and are fulfilled in order of purchase.
ALL DOWN PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. (see below for details)
In all cases, the plush will be sent when payment is 100% complete
and approved.

Processing Time
A plush may take anywhere from 2-10 business weeks (Monday-Friday), starting from the time you are notified I have started your order.
The processing time depends on the complexity of the plush and which agreements have been made beforehand. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know and I’ll tell you if it’s possible.
Please note that I am only one person. Unforeseen events may come up and cause delays. If this ever happens, I will always keep you informed.
I will post work in progress pictures on my social media accounts as I work. If you do not want this, let me know before payment.
Returns and Refunds
Are you buying a product that is made just for you; a commission? That means that you cannot return your product. Once you pay for a commission and that commission is started, you can no longer receive a refund.
Cancellations (commissions)
If you have made a (partial) payment and would like to cancel your commission, you might be able to receive a refund. This depends on if I have started to work on your plush and/or have already bought materials. Please contact me to discuss options. You will be notified when your order has started.
Cancellations or refunds are NOT possible if I have started work on your commission.
Shipping
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING!
All plush orders will be shipped with tracking information and insurance.
You will receive a link to follow your package.
All fursona orders are marked 3 pounds to ensure shipping costs are covered, the difference (if any) will refunded at time of shipment. You will be notified if a refund is sent.
I ship with USPS, UPS courier delivery is available upon request, at different rates.
Shipping - loss or damage
All orders will be shipped with insurance for damage or loss. If your plush arrives damaged, or if your plush doesn't arrive within 4 weeks time, please contact me as soon as possible so I can contact the company that shipped it. In case of damage, please take pictures of the box and damage on the product and send them to nighmarebootiquellc@gmail.com
If your package gets returned to me, because of a faulty address or because it was not picked up in time from the post office, I will not pay for another shipping attempt. If you want it shipped to you again, you will have to cover the costs.
Customs / import taxes (for customers outside the EU)
Buyers outside of the European Union are responsible for any possible import duties, customs fees, taxes and similar surcharges. Packages are sent insured and marked as full value.
Additions/Changes/Alterations
Please notify me immediately if you have changed anything about the character since placing your order!
If I have not started on your order (embroidery/cutting/sewing) there will be no additional charge.
If I have already started and you wish to change it, there will be an additional fee. (Example: Different facial expressions, additional markings, changing colors.)
By commissioning me (Nightmare Bootique llc), you (= the customer) are agreeing to the policies presented above.
I (Nightmare Bootique llc) will always reserve the right to cancel and refund your order at any time.
You must be 16+ or have proof of parental permission as my items are not meant for children for safety reasons.
